Step 1: Time on-site

 

Choose the amount of time needed on-location to capture your images. This covers physical presence, directing, professional lighting setup, staging, and technical camera operation.

 

 

Hours

 

$100/hr

The standard hourly rate for your first 8 hours on-site (Minimum 2-hour booking). rate for your first 8 hours on-site (Minimum 2-hour booking).

 

Overtime Hours

 

$150/hr

 

Applies to any production time needed beyond 8 hours on a single day. Covers up to 4 hours. Additional hours after that will increase to $200 / hour

 

 

Overnight

 

 

 

$350/night

 

 

Required for projects outside of your 70-mile radius that demand an overnight stay. Covers lodging, meals, and includes 1 extra hour of sunset or sunrise shooting.

Step 2: Choose your editing style - per reel

Select your editing package. These rates are a flat fee per finished reel/short video (up to 90 sec max runtime), allowing you to mix and match styles depending on how many videos you need.

Best for: Fast-paced, engaging short-form content built specifically for social media platforms and trending marketing.

  • Non-scripted. Shot organically.
  • Edited using the best-performing video layouts on the market, then customizing them with your footage and lightly editing to make them fit your brand.
  • Ideal For: Client's that need quick engaging content that highlights their business.
  • * No revisions - Editing is $50 / hr

 

 

The Signature Brand

 

 

 

$175 per video (up to 90 seconds)

 

 

Best for: Business highlights,

brand awareness, wedding recaps, virtual tours and standard event promos.

 

  • 3 - 5 day turn around (per video).
  • Custom video by the Videographer using their professional direction and marketing experience.
  • Shot and edited intentionally using the videgrapher's vision to accomplish the client's needs.
  • Rhythmic cuts timed perfectly to music.
  • Revisions: 2 rounds included (1 major structural, 1 minor tweak).
  • * After revisions - Editing is $75 / hr

 

Full Custom Storytelling

 

 

$325 per video (up to 3 mins)

 

 

Best for: Real estate showcases, detailed storytelling, narrative-driven promotional clips, and high-end marketing campaigns.

 

  • Fully customized and planned by the client using their direction and script.
  • Custom branding & graphics.
  • Full effects and animations available.
  • Narration is included free.
  • Revisions: 3 rounds included (2 major structural, 1 minor tweak).
  • * After Revisions - Editing is $100 / hr
  • * Notes: A complete change in visual direction will not count as a revision, but a new project.

Professional Voiceover & Narration

 

$100 flat

 

Includes clean, studio-grade vocal recordings to narrate your video's story. Covers microphone setup, audio clean up,  rhythmic pacing, and timing.

 

 

Certified Drone Footage & Aerial Stills

 

$150/hr

Adds full 4K aerial video and high-resolution overhead photos to your project. Conducted by a fully licensed and insured FAA Part 107 commercial drone pilot to ensure complete legal compliance (Minimum 1-hour booking).

 

Graphics & Map Overlays

 

$100 flat

Essential for real estate and business showcases. Includes custom digital design assets integrated into your video, such as highlighted property boundary lines, animated neighborhood maps, location markers, and custom text callouts.

Creative Scriptwriting & Hook Planning

$75/hr

We write the exact verbal script for your narration or on-camera speaking. Includes designing high-retention video hooks, call-to-actions, and structural storyboards to optimize the video for social media algorithms.

The Hybrid Production Upgrade

$150 Flat

 

Allows you to split your booked on-site hours to capture both video assets for reels and static photos for your feed during the exact same shoot window.

 

Raw Footage

Delivery

$200 flat

Every single unedited, raw video file captured during our shoot, compiled and delivered by email using a link where you can download your digital assets.

My Process

1. ) Fill out contact form

Contact form

2.) Answer questionaire

Once you fill out the contact form you will receive an email with a link to complete a questionnaire going over the details of the project.

3.) Call or meet in person

After the questionnaire is complete, we will schedule a call (phone, Google Meet, Zoom) or an in person meeting to go over the final project details.

4.) Book with 50% deposit

Now it's time to book your project by scheduling a date and putting down a 50% deposit.

5.) Time to begin

Now that all the important details have been shared and important dates have been booked, It's time to start shooting your project!

6.) Deliver content

Once the project is finalized you will be able to receive all the digital assets through a private gallery or a Dropbox link via email.
