Whether your project is down the road in the Flathead Valley, across state lines, or at an international destination, I handle the logistics so you can focus on your brand or your big day. Transit Tiers
Lets find the best tier that suits your goals! The starting location is Polson, Montana. From there the first 0 - 20 miles are free. Special requests such as locations that require traveling on foot long distance or hiking must be made known before beginning the project.

Starting from Polson, Montana, the first 20 miles are FREE. (Difficult terrain and weather may affect travel fees).
Extended Regional Zone
 
$50 FLAT (21-70 MILES)
 
Covers ground transit to neighboring regions like Whitefish, Columbia Falls, Kalispell, Bigfork, Ronan, and Missoula.
In-State Overnight Travel
 
$350 /NIGHT
 
Required for distant Montana locations demanding overnight lodging. Covers all fuel, lodging, meals, and includes 1 bonus hour of golden-hour b-roll capture.
 
International Travel
 
Client Covers All Direct Costs + $500 / Day Travel Rate + Document Fees
 
The client covers round-trip international airfare, accommodation, ground transit, and gear protection. Client must reimburse any necessary country-specific media visas, equipment carnet manifests, or local permitting fees. A $500/day travel day rate applies to international transit time.
 
 
Out-of-State Travel (USA Domestic)
 
 
Client Covers All Direct Costs + $300 / Day Travel Rate
 
he client is responsible for booking/reimbursing round-trip flights, a standard hotel room, a rental car/ride shares, and checked bag fees for media gear. A $300/day daily rate applies to transit days when no filming occurs to cover time away from the studio.
Rough Terrain Tier (Off-Highway Access)
 
$75 flat
 
Applies to any project requiring off-road trails with pot holes, trenches, mud, deep snow, or big rocks to protect and clean the transit vehicle.
My Process
1. ) Fill out contact form
2.) Answer questionaire
Once you fill out the contact form you will receive an email with a link to complete a questionnaire going over the details of the project.
3.) Call or meet in person
After the questionnaire is complete, we will schedule a call (phone, Google Meet, Zoom) or an in person meeting to go over the final project details.
4.) Book with 50% deposit
Now it's time to book your project by scheduling a date and putting down a 50% deposit.
5.) Time to begin
Now that all the important details have been shared and important dates have been booked, It's time to start shooting your project!
6.) Deliver content
Once the project is finalized you will be able to receive all the digital assets through a private gallery or a Dropbox link via email.
